"My pedal isn't making noise. Is it dead?"
Check your power supply first. All Haunted Labs specimens require a standard 9V DC negative-center power supply. Using anything else might actually kill it (and void your warranty).
"Do you offer repairs?"
Yes. If your pedal was handcrafted by us and has stopped performing its ritual, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Within the first 90 days, all shipping and labor are covered at no cost. After that, a small tribute (shipping and handling fees) is required to bring your specimen back to the lab.
"Where is my tracking number?"
Your tracking number goes out the same time your pedal does. If it never landed, your spam folder probably has it. If not, drop us a line — we'll find it.
"Can I visit the Lab?"
The lab doesn't open its doors — but what comes out of it does. Available directly through Haunted Labs and through authorized dealers worldwide.

When you bring a Haunted Labs specimen into your home, you aren't just buying a pedal — you're entering a pact. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a commitment that outlives the average stompbox.
The Eternal Warranty
All Haunted Labs pedals are bound by a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner.
- The First 90 Days: Should your specimen succumb to the void within the first 90 days, we'll exorcise the issue at no cost to you. We cover all shipping and labor to get your sound back from the dead.
- The Undead Guarantee: The warranty lasts a lifetime. However, after the first 90 days, a small tribute (shipping and handling fees) will be required to bring your specimen back to the lab for repair.
- What's Covered: Defects in workmanship, faulty components, and lingering internal "ghosts."
- What's Not: Ritual accidents (liquid spills), forbidden power sources, physical abuse, or unauthorized meddling with the circuitry.
- Proof of Possession: The original owner must present a receipt or order number to initiate any warranty claim. Specimens acquired second-hand will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
- The Process: If your specimen fails, contact the lab for a Return Authorization. You pay shipping to us — we'll cover the return.
30-Day Possession Period (Returns)
We understand that sometimes a frequency doesn't sit right with your soul.
- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
- Condition: The specimen must be returned in "as-new" condition, including the original box, manual, and all ritual accessories.
- Restocking: Items returned with scratches, velcro, or missing components may be subject to a 15% "cleansing fee."
- DOA: If your specimen arrives non-functional, contact the lab immediately. We'll assess the situation and make it right.

Specimens are dispatched via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 48 hours of your order.
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU, EEA, and UK. All import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout price.
